As a passionate journalist, Jack began working in the photovoltaic industry in 2005 and has over 15 years of PV media business experience. Over the years, he continuously poured his passion and time into this sector and has interviewed hundreds of enterprises and relevant leaders. He has always paid close attention to the landscape of this sector and reported major news events regarding alternative energy policy changes both domestic and abroad. In 2012, Jack co-founded Xinyuan Chuangke and became the chief editor of Century New Energy Network.
Sunnie Sun

As co-founder of Century New Energy Network, Ms. Sun graduated from Jilin University where she majored in computer science. After graduation, she worked as a bid manager for many years and is someone who naturally empathizes from the perspective of her clients. Her motto: do not do to others what you would not have them do to you.
In 2012, she began to work in the alternative energy media industry as co-founder of Century New Energy Network. By combining her rich experience in brand marketing and more than five years of expertise in planning and hosting PV industry summits, she is able to customize the most suitable and professional marketing plans for her clients.
Ivan Cao
Chief Editor
Mr. Cao attended Chang’an University in the historical city of Xi’an and possesses more than 10 years of experience in operating and managing media platforms, marketing planning, advertising, and public relations. He has always believed that continuous innovation, nonconformity and positive workplace relationships are the cornerstones to a company’s success.
Before joining Century New Energy Network, Mr. Cao accumulated professional branding experience through working with clients such as real estate agents and medical professionals from various regions of China. He has also worked at major Chinese media platforms Tencent and Ifeng. Mr. Cao has seen firsthand the gradual transition from paper to digital media and understands how to utilize the advantages of new forms of media to build more comprehensive marketing strategies for clients.
Peter Xu
Global Sales and Marketing Manager
Peter attended Dalian Maritime University where he earned a degree in thermal and power engineering. After graduation, he worked as an overseas marketing manager for Rongsheng Heavy Industries Group Holdings Limited and later CDMC in Shanghai where he accumulated extensive international sales and management experience. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and also holds an advanced Business English Certificate.
As a key member of the company’s marketing team, Peter has over 10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and media communications. He is very familiar with content marketing, conference marketing, digital and social media marketing, and word of mouth marketing. Combining his marketing background with his deep understanding of the alternative energy industry as well as the media environment, Peter is committed to providing clients with professional services including, strategic planning, branding, channel development, and corporate value communication.
Some of Peter’s past and current clients include: GE, Siemens, DuPont, BP, Chint, GCL, Goldwind, 3M, Vestas, and other energy giants.
Geoff Guo
Marketing and Sales Director
A Changchun University graduate, Geoff is a knowledgeable and proven sales professional with more than 13 years of experience. Prior to joining CNE Media as Marketing and Sales Director, Geoff served as the Sales Director of Key Clients at JYD, Marketing Director of CSA, and Deputy General Manager of Yide Futures Energy’s Chemicals Division.
Benjamin Zhang
International Relations Manager
As an alumnus of the University of Guelph in Canada, Benjamin attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management in 2011.
Benjamin is fully fluent in English as well as Mandarin and provides CNE Media with all of our translation needs. Furthermore, Benjamin has over 10 years of CRM experience and is responsible for expanding CNE Media’s international presence while establishing and maintaining relationships with our English speaking clients.
Nancy Yu

After graduating from Jilin University in 2013, Ms. Yu worked at Tencent Real Estate before transitioning to other positions which included data specialist, social media manager, and office administrator.
In 2017, her curiosity about the alternative energy brought her to join Century New Energy Media. Since then, her great enthusiasm for learning about this ever growing industry and ability to embrace change has motivated her to pursue this career path further.
